- 1 quart mason jar
- 💧 14 ounces cold water
- 🍬 1 ½ tablespoons white sugar
- 🧊 5 ice cubes

Roll the lemon on a flat surface, cut it in half, and squeeze the juice and pulp into the mason jar. Pour 12 ounces of cold water into the jar.

Stir the sugar and remaining 2 tablespoons of water together in a small saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
