Crust
- 16 ounces kettle-cooked potato chips
- 🧈 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup oat flour
Filling
- 🍫 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 🥛 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 🥚 3 large eggs, yolks broken
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 🍫 2 cups dark chocolate chips
Ganache
- 🥛 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
步驟
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Pulse potato chips into fine crumbs. Combine with oat flour and melted butter. Press into a pie plate.
Bake crust in oven until golden, 10 to 12 minutes.
Place chocolates and cream over medium heat. Stir until melted. Whisk in eggs, vanilla, and salt. Cook until thick, about 5 minutes.
Pour filling into crust and bake for 28 to 30 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes.
Prepare ganache by heating chocolate chips, cream, and oil until smooth. Cool for 5 minutes.
Pour ganache over pie and smooth the surface.
Decorate edges with crushed potato chips; let stand for 30 minutes.
Refrigerate pie for 1 to 2 hours until set. Slice and serve.
