Wet Ingredients
- ½ cup vegetable oil

- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- ½ cup confectioners' sugar
步驟
Mix white sugar, cocoa powder, and vegetable oil in a medium bowl. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the wet mixture until thoroughly combined. Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Roll chilled dough into 1-inch balls and coat each ball with confectioners' sugar. Arrange them 1 inch apart on the prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, then cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Repeat for the remaining dough.
