步驟
Gather all ingredients.
Prepare the Apple Filling: Stir together apple pie fruit filling, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. Reserve 1/4 cup apple slices; mash the rest using a potato masher.
Prepare the Tiramisu Cream: Beat heavy cream, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, and nutmeg until soft peaks form (about 2 minutes). Whisk and fold into mascarpone.
Dip ladyfingers quickly in apple cider and arrange them in a single layer at the bottom of an 8-inch baking dish.
Layer: Spread half of mashed apple filling over ladyfingers. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Top with half of mascarpone cream. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
Top with reserved apple slices, chopped pecans (if using), and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
