INGREDIENTS

- 130g chamnamul (Korean wild greens)
Condiments
- 1/3 tbsp gochujang
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
STEPS
Wash 130g of chamnamul thoroughly and trim any damaged parts.
Blanch the chamnamul in boiling water for about 20 seconds, then squeeze out excess water.
Chop the chamnamul into bite-sized pieces.
Mix 1/3 tbsp gochujang, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 tbsp doenjang, 2 tbsp sesame oil, and a pinch of sesame seeds in a bowl.
Combine the chopped chamnamul with the seasoning mixture and mix well.
Serve immediately or store in a container for later consumption.
