    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • đź§‚ 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
    • đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic

STEPS

Heat 2-3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pot, add some green onion and 2 tbsp of chili powder, and stir-fry.

Add 250g of beef brisket and 1 tbsp of cooking wine, then stir-fry until the meat is cooked.

Pour 800ml of water or broth into the pot and bring it to a boil.

Once boiling, add 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of minced garlic, and 1.5 tbsp of fish sauce.

Add 200g of soybean sprouts and cook until they are tender.
