    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 3 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar

Chop the onion and bell pepper into small pieces.

In a pan, mix gochujang, ketchup, soy sauce, and sugar with the chopped onion and bell pepper. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens.

Lightly pan-fry the rice cakes in oil until slightly crispy. If the rice cakes are hard, blanch them in hot water before frying.

Place the cooked rice cakes on a plate and pour the prepared sauce over them.

Drizzle mayonnaise over the sauce layer. This step is optional.

Top with cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. Add 3-5 tbsp of water around the pan to prevent burning and help melt the cheese.

Cover the pan and cook on low heat until the cheese melts. Alternatively, use an oven or microwave to melt the cheese.
