    • 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • 🥚 1 egg yolk
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 pinch sesame seeds

STEPS

Crumble 1/2 block of tofu in a dry pan and cook over high heat to remove moisture.

Push the tofu to the side of the pan, add oil, and stir-fry the green onion to make green onion oil.

Mix the tofu and green onion together and stir-fry well.

Add 2 tbsp soy sauce to the mixture.

Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce to the mixture.

Add 1 tbsp corn syrup to the mixture.

Place the stir-fried tofu and green onion mixture over cooked brown rice.

Place 1 egg yolk in the center of the dish for presentation.
