    • 🧈 1/2 block tofu
    • 🥬 80g cabbage
    • 🧄 3 cloves garlic
    • 2 spicy chilies
    • 🧅 A small amount of green onion
    • A small amount of sesame seeds
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp perilla powder
    • 2 tsp soy sauce
    • 2 tsp oyster sauce
    • 2 tsp sesame oil
    • A pinch of pepper

Prepare all ingredients.

Mix the seasoning ingredients to make the sauce.

Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces and pan-fry with 2 tbsp cooking oil over medium-high heat until golden brown and firm.

In another pan, heat 1 tbsp cooking oil and sauté green onion, garlic, and chili over medium heat until fragrant.

Add chopped cabbage and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until slightly softened.

Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the pan and stir-fry until evenly mixed.
