INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 200g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Vegetables
- 🌱 1 cup chopped chives
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Dressing
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp chili powder
STEPS
Season the pork belly with salt and black pepper.
Cut the chives into 3–4 cm lengths.
Thinly slice the onion and soak in cold water to remove its sharpness if needed.
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, sugar, and chili powder to create the dressing.
Pan-fry the seasoned pork belly until golden and crispy.
Combine the chives, onion, and dressing in a bowl and toss well.
Place the cooked pork belly on top of the dressed vegetables.
Add 1 tbsp of the remaining dressing and gently toss everything together.
