INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 cup of chopped bell peppers
- 🥕 1 cup of diced carrots
- 1/2 cup of chopped zucchini
Main Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of red curry paste
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Seasonings
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- đź§‚ 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
STEPS
Prepare all the vegetables and chop them into small pieces.
Add olive oil to the pan and heat over medium heat, then add the red curry paste and sauté until fragrant.
