- 🥒 1 zucchini, sliced thick

- 🍤 12 shrimp, cleaned and peeled
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sesame oil

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Wash the zucchini and cut it into thick slices or quarters.
Clean and peel the shrimp, removing the tails.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over low heat.
Add minced garlic and stir-fry gently to create garlic-infused oil.
Add the shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until they turn red and are cooked through.
Add the zucchini slices to the pan and mix well with the shrimp.
Season with soy sauce and mix thoroughly.
Cover the pan and let it simmer on low heat for 1 minute.
Uncover the pan and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Serve on a plate and enjoy your meal.
