INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 20 shishito peppers, cut into thirds
- đź§… 1/2 onion, chopped
Protein
- 🍖 140g ham, sliced
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- đź§„ 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 🌿 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the shishito peppers into thirds.
Slice the ham and chop the onion.
Mince the garlic or use 1 tbsp of pre-minced garlic.
Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil and 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pan.
Add the chopped onion and stir-fry until slightly translucent.
Add the sliced ham and stir-fry over low heat.
Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the shishito peppers and stir-fry briefly.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and corn syrup. Stir well to combine.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
