INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 2-3 handfuls of bean sprouts
- 🥚 1-2 eggs
- 🍤 10-12 shrimp
- đź§… 1/2 onion
- 1-2 green chili peppers
- đź§„ 1 handful of green onions
Seasoning Sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1-1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Shrimp Marinade
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- đź§‚ A dash of salt
- A dash of black pepper
STEPS
Prepare the ingredients. Wash the bean sprouts, slice the onion, green chili peppers, and green onions into appropriate sizes. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Mix all the seasoning sauce ingredients in a bowl. Optionally, add a bit of sugar or syrup for sweetness.
Marinate the shrimp with rice wine, a dash of salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Heat oil in a pan over low heat. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble lightly. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add a bit more oil and stir-fry the onions over high heat for about 1 minute.
Add the marinated shrimp to the pan and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the bean sprouts and the prepared seasoning sauce to the pan. Stir-fry briefly.
Add the scrambled eggs, green onions, and green chili peppers to the pan. Stir for 1-2 minutes, then turn off the heat. Adjust the seasoning with salt if needed.
