    • 1 tbsp gochujang

    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
    • 1 tsp plum extract

Mix 1 tsp sesame seeds, 1 tsp plum extract, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp gochujang, and 1 tsp minced garlic to make the gochujang sauce.

Blanch the tofu briefly and mash it with a knife.
