INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 100g tofu
- 🌱 50g sprout vegetables
- 🍚 2/3 cup cooked brown rice
Gochujang Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🍯 1 tsp honey
- đź§„ 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp plum extract
STEPS
Mix 1 tsp sesame seeds, 1 tsp plum extract, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp gochujang, and 1 tsp minced garlic to make the gochujang sauce.
Blanch the tofu briefly and mash it with a knife.
Wash the sprout vegetables thoroughly and drain the water.
Place the drained sprout vegetables on top of the cooked brown rice.
Top the sprout vegetables with the mashed tofu.
Serve with the gochujang sauce on the side.
