Eggs
- 🥚 4 eggs
Seasoning
- 🧈 20g butter
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Wash the spinach thoroughly under running water.
Crack 4 eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk until combined.
Heat a pan with olive oil and pour in the egg mixture. Stir constantly with chopsticks to create soft scrambled eggs. Cook until 80% done.
Remove the scrambled eggs from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the washed spinach to the pan and stir-fry with a pinch of salt until wilted.
Add the scrambled eggs back to the pan and gently mix with the spinach. Cook briefly to combine flavors.
