    • 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Seasoning Sauce

    • 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
    • 4 tbsp gochujang
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Drain the tofu using a kitchen towel and crumble it.

Slice the green onion thinly.

In a pan, combine sesame oil, gochujang, minced garlic, corn syrup, mirin, and black pepper. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

Add the crumbled tofu and sliced green onion to the sauce. Stir-fry gently on low heat until the green onion softens.

Serve over a bowl of rice and garnish with sesame seeds. Optionally, top with a soft-boiled egg.
