 - 2 tbsp sesame oil
 - Sprinkle of sesame seeds
 
STEPS
Wash the eggplants thoroughly and ensure they are firm and deep purple.
Cut the eggplants in half and score them lightly in a honeycomb pattern without cutting too deep.
Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, minced garlic, sugar, corn syrup, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Adjust the taste as needed.
Heat a pan with a small amount of sesame oil and lightly fry the eggplants on low heat.
Once the eggplants are slightly softened, brush the prepared sauce evenly onto the eggplants.
Flip the eggplants and cook for 1-2 minutes on very low heat to allow the sauce to absorb.
