    • 🐟 200g cleaned mackerel
  • Coating

    • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Vegetables

    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp minced green chili
    • 1 tbsp minced red chili
    • 🧅 2 tbsp minced onion
  • Oil

    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • As needed cooking oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1 tsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tbsp honey

Rinse the cleaned mackerel under running water and pat dry.

Cut the mackerel into appropriate sizes and coat with cornstarch.

Mince garlic, green chili, red chili, and onion.

Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the mackerel until golden brown.

Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil to the pan and sauté minced onion and garlic.
