INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g cleaned mackerel
Coating
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced green chili
- 1 tbsp minced red chili
- 🧅 2 tbsp minced onion
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- As needed cooking oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
STEPS
Rinse the cleaned mackerel under running water and pat dry.
Cut the mackerel into appropriate sizes and coat with cornstarch.
Mince garlic, green chili, red chili, and onion.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the mackerel until golden brown.
Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil to the pan and sauté minced onion and garlic.
Add minced green chili and red chili, then pour in the seasoning mixture and bring to a boil.
Add the fried mackerel to the sauce and mix well.
Finish by adding sesame oil and tossing gently.
Plate the dish and serve.
