INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🧈 1 block tofu
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 2 green chili peppers, sliced
Seasoning Ingredients
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and pan-fry until golden and crispy on all sides.
While the tofu is frying, mix water, oyster sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, chili powder, and minced garlic to create the sauce.
Once the tofu is golden and crispy, add the sauce, chopped green onion, and sliced chili peppers to the pan. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes on low heat.
Serve the stir-fried tofu on a plate and enjoy!
