INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍄 300g oyster mushrooms
- đź§… 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥒 1/4 zucchini, sliced
- 1 chili, sliced
- đź§… 1 green onion, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Prepare the oyster mushrooms by separating them into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion, zucchini, chili, and green onion.
Mix gochujang, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and sesame oil to make the seasoning sauce.
Combine the mushrooms and vegetables in a bowl. Add the seasoning sauce and mix well until evenly coated.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and add all the ingredients.
Stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked through. Optionally, add soaked glass noodles for extra texture.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving for added flavor and presentation.
