    • 2 shiitake mushrooms

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • A pinch of sesame seeds
    • 1 cup water
  • Seasoning Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic

Slice the soft tofu into 1–2 cm thick pieces.

Slice shiitake mushrooms into 0.5 cm thick pieces.

Julienne the onion into 0.5 cm thick slices.

Cut the green onion diagonally into thin slices.

Chop the green chili into small pieces.

Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.

Layer onion and shiitake mushrooms in a pan, then add tofu, green onion, and green chili on top.

Pour the mixed seasoning and water into the pan and bring to a boil.
