    • 150g soaked glass noodles
    • 🦐 20 shrimp
    • 🧅 1/2 onion
    • 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp chili oil
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1/2 cup anchovy kelp stock
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 2 tbsp cooking wine
    • Pinch of pepper

STEPS

Soak the glass noodles in lukewarm water for 20–30 minutes.

Mix all seasoning ingredients in advance and set aside.

Add chili oil and minced garlic to a cold pan and sauté until fragrant.

Add shrimp and onion to the pan and stir-fry until the shrimp are cooked.

Add glass noodles and green onion, stir-frying until the noodles turn transparent.

Pour the seasoning mixture into the pan and simmer until well combined. Finish with sesame oil and serve over rice.
