- 3 sheets fish cake
- 2 chili peppers

- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder

- Sprinkle of sesame seeds
- Drizzle of olive oil
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Dice the fish cake and chili peppers, and roughly chop the garlic.
Heat a pan and add the prepared ingredients along with cooking wine, gochujang, oyster sauce, corn syrup, and sesame seeds.
Add red pepper powder and stir-fry until well combined.
Add a bit of chopped green onion and a pinch of black pepper, then continue stir-frying.
Drizzle olive oil and stir-fry until everything is evenly coated.
Serve in a bowl and mix with sesame oil before eating.
