STEPS

Wash and thinly slice the chili peppers. Peel and thinly slice the onion. Peel and julienne the cucumber.

In a glass bowl, mix 0.5 tbsp salt, 0.5 tbsp apple vinegar, 0.5 tbsp sesame oil, and 1 tbsp sesame seeds. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Add the cucumber, onion, and chili peppers to the bowl.
