INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage, shredded
- đź§… 1 handful green onion, chopped
Protein
- 150g spam, sliced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- đź§‚ 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌾 Generous amount of sesame seeds
STEPS
Shred 1/4 head of cabbage into thin slices.
Soak shredded cabbage in water with a drop of vinegar to remove pesticide residue. Rinse and drain well.
Slice 150g of spam into thick strips.
Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan and sauté 1 handful of chopped green onions to make scallion oil.
Once the green onions are golden, add the cabbage and stir-fry on medium heat.
When the cabbage becomes translucent and slightly wilted, season with 1.5 tbsp soy sauce.
Add 0.5 tbsp oligosaccharide and mix well. Avoid over-seasoning as spam is salty.
Stir-fry until the cabbage absorbs the seasoning, then add the sliced spam and cook together.
Turn off the heat and add 1 tbsp sesame oil. Mix well.
Sprinkle generously with sesame seeds and serve.
