INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 handfuls cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 10 cm green onion
- 2 chili peppers
Protein
- 100g spam
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 dashes black pepper
- 💧 5 tbsp water
STEPS
Slice cabbage, onion, green onion, and chili peppers into bite-sized pieces. Cut spam into small cubes.
Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté green onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
Add spam cubes and stir-fry until lightly browned. Then add onion and chili peppers, and continue stir-frying.
Add cabbage and stir-fry until slightly softened. Mix in oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and black pepper.
Pour in water and stir-fry until the cabbage is fully cooked and the sauce is well combined.
Serve hot over rice and enjoy with a side of kimchi for extra flavor.
