 - 🧂 2 pinches of salt
 - 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
 - 1/2 green chili, chopped
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 4 tbsp soy sauce
 - 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
 - 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
 - 2 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds

STEPS
Slice the zucchini into medium-thick strips to avoid breaking during cooking.

Squeeze excess moisture from the salted zucchini and add it to the pan. Stir-fry until cooked and set aside to cool.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl until sugar dissolves.
