STEPS

Cut the base of the king oyster mushrooms and rinse them under running water. Slice them lengthwise into approximately 2 cm thick pieces.

Prepare the sauce by mixing 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp corn syrup, 5 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp chopped scallions, and 2 tbsp water in a bowl.

Heat a pan over medium-low heat. Once the pan is hot, melt 1 piece of butter.

Place the mushroom slices in the pan and grill them over medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides.
