INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 300g Vienna sausages
- 2 handfuls rice cakes
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
- Adequate amount of sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
STEPS
Prepare the seasoning by mixing gochujang, soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, corn syrup, and ketchup.
Rinse the rice cakes with water. If using frozen rice cakes, defrost them beforehand.
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan and add the rice cakes and Vienna sausages.
Cook until the rice cakes become soft and the sausages are golden brown.
Add the prepared seasoning to the pan and stir well over low heat.
Sprinkle sesame seeds generously over the dish before serving.
