INGREDIENTS
Eggs
- 🥚 7 eggs
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, finely diced
- đź§… 1/4 onion, finely diced
- 4 stalks green onion, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp tuna sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- đź§‚ 1/4 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
Liquid
- đź’§ 200ml water
STEPS
Finely dice the carrot.
Finely dice the onion.
Thinly slice the green onion.
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Add cooking wine, tuna sauce, and salt to the eggs and mix well.
Add water to the egg mixture and mix thoroughly.
Strain the egg mixture through a sieve.
Grease the steaming container with oil.
Pour the egg mixture into the container.
Add the diced vegetables and sesame seeds on top.
Steam in a steamer for 20 minutes over medium heat.
Let the steamed eggs cool slightly before slicing.
