INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🍗 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🥦 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 sliced bell pepper
- 🥕 1 thinly sliced carrot
Spices and Condiments
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Oils
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and fully cooked.
Remove chicken from pan and set aside. Add garlic, ginger, and vegetables to the pan.
Return chicken to the pan, and add soy sauce. Toss everything together and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
