- 🍗 100g chicken breast
- 🥚 1 egg

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp allulose or syrup
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
STEPS
Slice the cabbage into thin strips, remove the core, rinse under running water, and drain well.
Cut the chicken breast diagonally along the grain into thin slices.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
Add sliced onion and stir-fry quickly.
Add the drained cabbage and stir-fry over high heat.
Once the cabbage softens slightly, add the sliced chicken breast and stir-fry together.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp fish sauce, and 1 tsp sweetener. Mix well over high heat.
Create a space in the center of the pan and fry the egg directly in the pan.
Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice, garnish with parsley flakes, and enjoy.
