    • 4 bok choy stalks
    • 1 handful chives
    • 1-2 handfuls mushrooms
    • 🧅 1/2 onion
    • 2 green chilies

    • 🦐 12 shrimp
  • Seasoning

    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🧂 To taste salt
    • A pinch of pepper
  • Thickening

    • 1 tbsp cornstarch
    • 💧 250 ml water

STEPS

Defrost shrimp, rinse, and sprinkle with pepper.

Mix 250 ml water with 1 tbsp cornstarch to prepare slurry.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and onion.

Add shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink.

Add bok choy and stir-fry for about 20 seconds until wilted.

Add mushrooms, oyster sauce, and soy sauce, then stir-fry.

Pour in the prepared slurry and stir over high heat.
