- 1/3 green onion, chopped

- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp mirin

- 1 pinch pepper
Cooking Oil
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
STEPS
Wash bean sprouts under running water and drain.
Clean shrimp and marinate with 1 tbsp mirin and a pinch of pepper.
Beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt until smooth.
Mix 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp minced garlic to prepare the sauce.
Slice green onion and onion into thin pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in a pan and scramble the eggs until cooked. Set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in the pan, add green onion and onion, and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until fully cooked.
Add bean sprouts, scrambled eggs, and sauce to the pan. Stir-fry until all ingredients are well combined.
