    • 10 Vienna sausages
    • 2 green chilies
    • 2 tbsp cooking oil
    • 1 tsp vinegar

    • đź§„ 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp cooking wine
    • 0.5 tbsp brown sugar
    • 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
    • A dash of sesame oil
    • A dash of black pepper
    • A dash of sesame seeds

STEPS

Prepare the ingredients: dice the potatoes, slice the green chilies, and cut the Vienna sausages in half after blanching them in boiling water.

Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan, add diced potatoes, and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes to coat them with oil.

Add 1/2 cup of water to the pan and mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, cooking wine, minced garlic, and corn syrup.

Add the sausages, stir gently, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 3 minutes until the potatoes are tender.

Add 1 tsp of vinegar and stir over high heat to evaporate the vinegar aroma. Then, add sliced green chilies and mix well.

Turn off the heat and finish with a dash of sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper.
