    • 1 tbsp vinegar

Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.

Slice the garlic into thin pieces, and cut the onion and green onion into similar lengths.

Cook the pork belly over medium-high heat in a pan. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of sugar to tenderize the meat.

Once the pork is partially cooked, reduce the heat to medium and add the sliced garlic.

Add the chili powder to the pork and mix well to coat the meat evenly.

Add soy sauce, anchovy sauce, vinegar, and 1 tbsp of sugar to the pan. Mix well to combine.
