INGREDIENTS
Essential Ingredients
- 🥓 2 strips pork belly
- 2 red chilies
- 2 green chilies
- đź§… 1/4 onion, chopped
- đź§„ 2 scallions, sliced
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp minced ginger
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Chop the onion finely and slice the red chili, green chili, and scallions.
Cut the pork belly into small pieces and pan-fry until golden brown. Alternatively, cook in an air fryer at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and ginger. Add seasoning ingredients, chopped onion, and sliced chilies, then stir-fry.
Once the sauce starts to simmer, add the cooked pork belly and stir-fry to coat evenly.
Serve the stir-fried pork over a bowl of rice and garnish with sliced scallions.
