INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 🍖 1/2 can of ham, chopped
- 🧀 1 pack of pizza cheese
- Parsley flakes, to taste
Sauce
- 🍅 Tomato spaghetti sauce, as needed
STEPS
Chop the vegetables and ham into small pieces, then stir-fry them in a heated pan with a little cooking oil.
Mix 1 egg into the cooked rice thoroughly.
Heat a pan over low heat and melt 1 tbsp of butter.
Spread the egg-mixed rice evenly in the pan and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Once the rice is partially cooked, add the stir-fried vegetables and ham on top, then spread a thin layer of tomato spaghetti sauce.
Sprinkle pizza cheese and parsley flakes on top, cover the pan with a lid, and cook on low heat until the cheese melts.
Serve the rice pizza hot and enjoy!
