INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🍄 1 pack bunashimeji mushrooms
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 5 perilla leaves, sliced
Sauce
- 3 tbsp perilla powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 tbsp allulose syrup
STEPS
Trim the enoki and bunashimeji mushrooms, and tear them into smaller pieces. Slice the shiitake mushrooms.
Slice the perilla leaves thinly and set aside.
Mix perilla powder, soy sauce, lemon juice, mayonnaise, perilla oil, and allulose syrup to create the perilla sauce.
Heat oil in a pan, add the mushrooms, and stir-fry with a pinch of salt.
Plate the stir-fried mushrooms, top with sliced perilla leaves, and drizzle the perilla sauce over.
