INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 200 grams of pasta
- 🥔 100 grams of potatoes
- 🥕 100 grams of carrots
- 150 grams of minced beef or pork
Seasonings and Condiments
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- đź§‚ 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
STEPS
Dice the carrots and potatoes into small cubes and set aside.
Bring a pot of water to boil, add salt, and cook the pasta until 80% done. Drain and set aside.
Add olive oil to a pan and heat over medium heat. Add the minced meat and sauté until it changes color.
Add diced carrots and potatoes, and continue to stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Mix in the tomato sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta to the pan, along with a bit of water, stir evenly, and season with salt and black pepper.
Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the sauce evenly coats the pasta. Serve.
