INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🦐 1 handful shrimp
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Garnish
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- A pinch of chopped green onion
STEPS
Prepare the ingredients: slice the onion and rinse the shrimp if frozen.
Mix the sauce ingredients: soy sauce, plum extract, corn syrup, cooking wine, water, chili powder, garlic, and sesame oil.
Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the sliced onion until golden.
Add the shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and cook until it thickens and coats the shrimp and onion.
