INGREDIENTS

- 🍚 1.5 bowls of rice
- 🥚 3 eggs

- 🍖 50g diced ham (optional)
- 🥕 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
Seasonings
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
STEPS
Heat the pan and add oil, stir-fry the diced carrots and peas for about 2 minutes.
Add the rice, mix evenly, then add ketchup and salt to season. Stir well and set aside.
Beat the eggs, season them with salt, heat the pan, and pour the egg mixture into the pan.
When the egg mixture starts to set slightly, add the stir-fried rice and quickly wrap it with the egg using a spatula.
Flip the omelette, cook until set, and then serve. You can decorate with ketchup if desired.
