INGREDIENTS

- 1/4 head of aged kimchi

- 2 servings of somyeon noodles
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp salt
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
STEPS
Clean the aged kimchi and tear it into thin, long strips. If too long, cut once. Squeeze out excess water.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and minced garlic to create the soy sauce seasoning.
Boil water with 1 tbsp salt and add somyeon noodles. Measure 1 serving by forming a circle with your thumb and index finger.
Once boiling, add 1 cup of cold water and repeat this process 2 more times (total 3 times).
Rinse the cooked noodles in cold water multiple times until the starchy residue is removed.
Drain the noodles, place them in a bowl, add the kimchi and seasoning, and mix well. Serve immediately.
