INGREDIENTS
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- đź§„ 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- Sesame seeds to taste
Main Ingredients
- đź§… 1/2 onion
- 1/2 stalk green onion
- 3 green chilies
- 600g pork belly
STEPS
Mix sugar, red pepper powder, gochujang, cooking wine, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl to make the seasoning.
Chop the onion and green onion into small pieces.
Slice the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Combine the pork belly, chopped vegetables, and seasoning in a bowl.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
Heat a frying pan with a small amount of cooking oil and stir-fry the marinated pork belly mixture over low heat.
Once the pork is partially cooked, add sliced green chilies and continue cooking over medium heat.
When fully cooked, sprinkle sesame seeds over the dish before serving.
