INGREDIENTS

- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🍅 1 ripe tomato

Seasoning
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🌰 2 tbsp ground sesame seeds
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Wash the cucumber and tomato thoroughly. Remove the rough skin from the cucumber's surface.
Cut the cucumber in half and remove the seeds.
Slice the cucumber into 1.5 cm pieces.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt on the cucumber slices and let them sit for 10 minutes.
Pat the cucumber slices dry with a paper towel.
Place the cucumber slices in a bowl.
Cut the tomato into quarters and remove the seeds.

Combine the cucumber and tomato in the bowl.
Pour the seasoning over the vegetables and toss gently.
