INGREDIENTS

- 🍆 3 eggplants
- đź§… 3 stalks green onion
Seasonings
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ 2 pinches salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise and then quarter them.
Place a steamer rack in a pot with water and steam the eggplants on high heat for 5 minutes. Let them rest for 1 minute after turning off the heat.
Remove the steamer rack and let the eggplants cool completely.
Tear the cooled eggplants into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
Add minced garlic, green onion, sesame salt, soy sauce, salt, and sesame oil to the bowl. Mix gently to combine.
Serve the seasoned eggplant namul as a side dish.
