INGREDIENTS
Pork Jjageuli Ingredients
- 🐖 400g pork shoulder
- 🥔 3 potatoes
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
- 🥒 1 zucchini
- 3 green chili peppers
Jjageuli Seasoning
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
STEPS
Dice 400g pork, 3 potatoes, 1 zucchini, and 1 onion. Lay them at the bottom of a wide pot.
Slice 3 green chili peppers and 1/3 carrot, then layer them on top.
Add 3 tbsp gochujang, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 0.5 tbsp salt, and 2 tbsp chili powder.
Pour 3 tbsp cooking oil and stir-fry on high heat for 5 minutes to prevent sticking.
Add 0.5 cup water and simmer for about 10 minutes until the pork is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
