INGREDIENTS
Nuts and Seeds
- 🌰 ⅔ cup hazelnuts
- ½ cup sesame seeds
Spices
- 2 tablespoons coriander seeds
- 2 tablespoons cumin seeds
- 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
- đź§‚ 1 teaspoon flaked sea salt
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place hazelnuts on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven until fragrant, about 5 minutes. Remove skins by rubbing with a tea towel and set aside to cool.
Toast sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat until light golden brown. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
Toast coriander and cumin seeds in the same skillet until they start to pop. Grind in a food processor and combine with sesame seeds.
Grind the cooled hazelnuts in a food processor and stir them into the mixture. Add black pepper and flaked salt; mix well.
