INGREDIENTS

- 🐟 100g canned tuna
- 🍚 100g cooked brown rice
- 🥬 50g shredded cabbage
- 🧅 1/4 sliced onion
- 🥕 Small amount of julienned carrot
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- A pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Drain the oil from the canned tuna using a strainer and press with a spoon to remove excess oil.
Julienne the carrot, slice the onion, and shred the cabbage. Wash the cabbage under running water.
Fry an egg in a pan and set it aside.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the cabbage, onion, and carrot until softened.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cooking wine to the pan, pouring the soy sauce around the edges for enhanced aroma.
Add the drained tuna to the pan and stir-fry quickly over high heat. Sprinkle black pepper to remove any fishy smell.
Place cooked brown rice in a bowl.
Top the rice with the stir-fried vegetables and tuna mixture.
Add the fried egg on top, drizzle with sesame oil, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
